		<description>Yum! Love Natto! And I&#039;m not even Japanese! I really don&#039;t understand how it&#039;s so maligned as being &quot;icky&quot; and &quot;gross&quot;. Not at all if you ask me. I really love its robust and savory quality, while that &quot;snot-like&quot; texture just adds a wonderful texture to it (if that was any good or bad way to say it) lol. 

Dale, I&#039;m pretty sure you&#039;ve already tried the &#039;Nattochos&#039; from Gyotaku. If you haven&#039;t, you must! Good stuff! 

I wonder if anyone&#039;s tried making Natto Chili? Or how about a Natto burrito? Perhaps Natto Hummus? Oh, the possibilities!</description>
