Like trying to replicate authentic Japanese Ramen at home from scratch, making authentic Vietnamese Pho looks like a very daunting undertaking. Best of luck!
I’ve actually tried making ramen broth from scratch using pork bones. In Japan they call that form of ramen “tonkotsu”. It actually turned out pretty good for a first attempt. I’ll post my next attempt at that, too.
