Traveled up to Washington last month and had a craving for some noodles. We drove by this place in Bellevue, WA and just had to try it because of the name!

You know I’ve NEVER tried PHO yet. Never. As much as I love ramen, I’ve never tried this Vietnamese version of noodles.
There’s a place on King st. just past Keeaumoku called PHO MAI. I always chuckle when I see that. lol
